What runs underneath
AI on ordinary cameras
Licence plate recognition, intrusion detection, people and vehicle counting run as software on the recording server rather than inside the camera. Sites keep the cameras they already own; the analytics layer is added behind them. Cheaper to deploy, and the model can be improved without touching the hardware on the poles.
Map-based field survey
Every pole, camera, speaker and cable route is fixed to a coordinate during survey and stays on the map afterwards. The same data set produces the cost estimate, the as-built drawing and the asset register — so the numbers in the quote and the numbers in the handover documents cannot drift apart.
Cost estimation to current norms
Estimates are generated against the Vietnamese unit prices and norms in force at the time, not from a spreadsheet someone last updated years ago. This is the part that decides whether a client can close out a publicly funded project without resubmitting paperwork.
Shared data pools for unattended equipment
IoT devices, public address controllers and remote cameras draw from a shared 4G data allowance instead of each carrying its own plan. Devices that sit idle subsidise the ones that do not — which is what makes wide deployments affordable to run.
