Construction and technical infrastructure
The founding business, running since 2011. Civil works, technical and transport infrastructure, organised end to end β site preparation through to finishing and handover.

- Technical and transport infrastructure β roads, electrical works, water supply and drainage, telecommunications structures.
- Interior design and fit-out β from joinery manufacture to installation, contracted together with the shell and core.

Public information and surveillance systems
Three systems serving one purpose: getting information to people, and being able to see what is happening on the ground.
- IP-based public address systems β survey, solution design, type-approved equipment, installation, management software and maintenance for commune and ward administrations.
- Outdoor LED screens and electronic notice boards, sharing a content source with the public address system.
- AI video surveillance β licence plate recognition, traffic counting, intrusion alerts, central recording and remote access.
Digital platforms for business
Management systems, IT infrastructure and purpose-built software for companies and institutions.
- ERP on the Odoo platform β accounting, inventory, purchasing and sales, projects, HR and time attendance, configured to the way the organisation actually works, with training and handover.
- IT infrastructure β servers, networks, central storage, automated backup, domains and security certificates, operational monitoring.
- Purpose-built software β map-based field survey tools, cost estimation against current government norms, asset management after installation.
How we work
Survey first, quote second
Every project starts on site β measured, photographed, every position fixed on a digital map. Quantities in the estimate follow from survey data, not from assumptions.
Documentation that stands up to audit
Type-approved equipment. Estimates prepared against the norms and unit prices in force. Acceptance records complete enough for the client to close out the project without going back for more paperwork.
Handover with everything needed to run it
As-built drawings, an equipment schedule with identifiers and coordinates, administrator accounts, operating documentation and a training record. The operator can run the system from day one.
Scope and coverage
Where. Hanoi and the neighbouring provinces of northern Vietnam for construction and installation work. Software and remote systems are supported anywhere in the country.
Who for. Commune and ward administrations, district and provincial departments, industrial-park operators, factories, and private businesses β including foreign-invested companies that need one contractor able to handle both the physical works and the systems on top.
Contract forms. Main contractor, sub-contractor, or supply and installation only. For publicly funded projects, Vietnamese procurement law separates the consultant who prepares a tender package from the contractor who executes it; we agree which role we are taking at the first meeting rather than discovering the conflict at appraisal.
