Binh Dinh Construction and Technology Joint Stock Company was founded in 2011 and has operated continuously since. It began with civil building work, then extended into transport infrastructure, electrical works, water supply and drainage, and from there into telecommunications structures and the information systems that run on them.
The company works for public bodies and private businesses across Hanoi and the neighbouring provinces of northern Vietnam. Everything shown under live systems is our own work, currently in daily use — not a portfolio of past projects.

Construction and technical infrastructure
The founding business, running since 2011. Civil works, technical and transport infrastructure, organised end to end — site preparation through to finishing and handover.
- Civil and industrial building — residential and non-residential works, site preparation, demolition, finishing.
- Technical and transport infrastructure — roads, electrical works, water supply and drainage, telecommunications structures.
- Interior design and fit-out — from joinery manufacture to installation, contracted together with the shell and core.
- Rooftop solar — roof survey, yield calculation, grid-tied and stand-alone systems, connection and commissioning.
Public information and surveillance systems
Three systems serving one purpose: getting information to people, and being able to see what is happening on the ground.
- IP-based public address systems — survey, solution design, type-approved equipment, installation, management software and maintenance for commune and ward administrations.
- Outdoor LED screens and electronic notice boards, sharing a content source with the public address system.
- AI video surveillance — licence plate recognition, traffic counting, intrusion alerts, central recording and remote access.
Digital platforms for business
Management systems, IT infrastructure and purpose-built software for companies and institutions.
- ERP on the Odoo platform — accounting, inventory, purchasing and sales, projects, HR and time attendance, configured to the way the organisation actually works, with training and handover.
- IT infrastructure — servers, networks, central storage, automated backup, domains and security certificates, operational monitoring.
- Purpose-built software — map-based field survey tools, cost estimation against current government norms, asset management after installation.

For equipment manufacturers and distributors
We do not resell from a catalogue. Equipment we take on is surveyed in, installed by our own crews, commissioned and maintained afterwards — so field feedback comes back to you from the people who actually mounted it. We hold the customer relationship in Vietnamese, handle type approval paperwork, and carry the after-sales load locally.
For foreign-invested companies operating in Vietnam
One contractor for the civil works, the cabling, the cameras, the network and the software on top — instead of coordinating four suppliers who each blame the others. Documentation is issued in the form Vietnamese authorities and auditors expect, which is usually the part that costs foreign-managed projects the most time.
For technology partners
The systems listed on this site are our own — written, hosted and operated in-house, in daily use by real customers. Integration work goes to the team that built them, not to a reseller who has to file a ticket upstream.
